What started as a solution for my own struggles soon turned into Potty Time ADVENTures, designed to make this journey more fun, engaging, and rewarding!
Through lots of research I discovered 7 Core Principals, when combined will motivate children into building lasting habbits (even the most reluctant ones). This is called our Lil Milestones Method which is the foundation of all Lil ADVENTS products.

Meet Mindy Bye | Founder of Lil ADVENTS
When I became a mom, I didn’t expect potty training to be such a challenge. My daughter, Ruby, wasn’t excited about ditching diapers and was resistant to the whole process, which was frustrating for both of us.
To make potty training more fun, I combined creative packaging with hidden rewards, and Ruby started to engage. Learning colors, shapes, and numbers through rewards made all the difference—what started as a task became an exciting adventure. Potty Time ADVENTures was born from this experience, and I’m grateful to Ruby for inspiring a product that helps both kids and parents enjoy potty training.
